The Audit Committee holds responsibility for oversight on financial reporting integrity, the effectiveness of internal controls, and compliance with internal policies. The Committee monitors the performance of the internal audit and risk management functions at Methak Investment Holding, and also appraises external auditors.

The Compensation & Nomination Committee maintains oversight of human capital development at Methak Investment Holding, and ensures that compensation scales are fair, transparent, and effective in attracting talent to the company. It is also responsible for the nomination and screening of new appointments to MIH’s Board of Directors.
